From sorbet to soup; salads to steaming, we cover all the basics plus lots of hints and tips for saving time and money in the kitchen!
Our class will feature:
§    Quick, easy and nutritional meals for the family
§    Baked Pear Sorbet in less than 1 minute!
§    Lemonade, home made Three Cheese spinach Scroll, Butter, Basil Pesto Dip and Crunchy Carrot Salad in seconds
§    Plus Red Lentil & Sweet Potato Soup, Brown Rice Salad, Cake served with Orange & Chocolate Custard!
§    Seasonal produce that is available, affordable & in abundance!

Lets say you need your gutters cleaned, lawns mowed or some computer advice. Usually you’d pay someone to do it. With LETS you can refer to your directory or contact your local LETS buddy to find someone who can do the work in return for points. You’d simply offer your services to a LETS member at another time.

The organisation is made up of retired or semiretired ex business executives that wish to give something back to the community. We primarily support micro/small businesses in helping them to market, or understand management practices such as business planning and financials.

All businesses within the bushfire areas are entitled to free mentoring from our organisation which is paid for through the State Government. We are the sole provider of this service to over 2500 ABN registered businesses within the regions. If there are any businesses that are not aware of the availability of our services they can contact me directly or seek a Mentor through the governments small business line 13 22 15.
