WFJC – Basic Moves DVD

The DVD contains:

• A demonstration of the first three sequences that we have used in the classes
• It also has a demonstration of 18 basic moves as individual moves
• It also shows the dancing of Henry Miles at the 100 Club as a bit of inspiration
